The Vermont Public Service Board would like to hear from YOU at a Public Hearing on Tuesday January 14, 2014 at 7:00 PM utilizing Vermont Interactive Television. There are 17 VIT sites with each one no more than 30 minutes from any Vermonter.  The board will also accept your written comments here.

The board would like to hear your thoughts on the deal struck between Entergy Vermont Yankee and the state (more specifically the Shumlin Administration).

That deal is documented in two parts:  a Memorandum of Understand (MOU) and a Settlement Agreement.  Both total 14 pages – an easy read for a novice if you look at the substance (or lack of) and skip over legalese.

Below is a partial list of documents that may be helpful in preparing your comments.  As always, please feel free to call the NEC office at (802) 257-0336 with any questions.
